A collaboration between Maxime Dancoine of L’Aitonnement and Guillaume Lavie of Les Vins de Lavie.  Both Guillaume and Maxime farm tiny biodynamic vineyards of 1-1.5 hecatres and only make a small amount of wine from their own vines.  They met just before the 2016 vintage and got to talking.  They desperately wanted to find a way to create wines in the same natural style and from grapes that were organically farmed but priced so their friends and family could all afford the wines.  Des Vines D’Envie was formed to make this dream a reality.
